Progress in the UK Barista Championship 2011
On January 25th 2011, I won the South East heat of the UK Barista Championships (UKBC), including best espresso, best cappuccino and best signature drink! Keep checking back for updates on my progress!
Christmas 2010 – Coffee Tasting & Barista Skills
Over the Christmas holiday in 2010, I will be leading classes in Coffee Tasting and Barista Skills, at Waterloo Gardens Teahouse in Penylan, Cardiff.
Courses will take place on 27th, 28th, and 29th December, and there will be something for tea lovers too!

UK Barista Championship 2010
On February 16-17th, 2010, I won the North/Midlands heat of the UK Barista Championships (UKBC), and then went on to compete in the UK finals placing 12th.
